Nvidia itself, maker of graphics cards (GPU) has focused efforts on developing hardware focused on artificial intelligence applications. This is important because more advanced and complex intelligent system algorithms consume a lot of machine processing, and this is a factor that can hinder the application of these algorithms in various types of systems, including games. It&#8217;s a cool annual event to both attend and follow [1].<\/span><br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #292929; font-family: charter, Georgia, Cambria, Times New Roman, Times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px; letter-spacing: -0.063px;\">Another interesting congress for those from the area is the <a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/view\/aiide2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Interactive Digital Entertainment<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.google.com\/view\/aiide2021\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AIIDE<\/a>), which, in addition to the classic space for presentations and publications, also organizes a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cs.mun.ca\/~dchurchill\/starcraftaicomp\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Starcraft<\/a> competition between Intelligent Systems [2].<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #292929; font-family: charter, Georgia, Cambria, Times New Roman, Times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px; letter-spacing: -0.063px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sbgames.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SBGames<\/a> is another congress that must be mentioned. In addition to being an annual Brazilian congress, it is aimed at any research and digital game projects, ranging from serious games to market research or specific development techniques, e.g. artificial intelligence [3].<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #292929; font-family: charter, Georgia, Cambria, Times New Roman, Times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px; letter-spacing: -0.063px;\">Through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aicrowd.com\/challenges\/neurips-2020-minerl-competition\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AICrowd<\/a> it is possible to participate in <a href=\"https:\/\/minerl.io\/competition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MineRL Competition<\/a>, competitions where Intelligent Systems learn to play <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minecraft.net\/pt-br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Minecraft<\/a> and perform various tasks in the game through <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/microsoft\/malmo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Project Malmo<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/minerl.io\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MineRL<\/a> [4, 5].<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #292929; font-family: charter, Georgia, Cambria, Times New Roman, Times, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 21px; letter-spacing: -0.063px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/sscaitournament.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Student StarCraft AI Tournament<\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/sscaitournament.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SSCAIT<\/a>) is another super cool competition that is always happening. Here students and non-students can submit their smart systems to compete playing Starcraft.
